Return Authorization

A return authorization number provided by Apollo must be prominently displayed on the address label of any item returned for warranty consideration. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping to Apollo USA for warranty consideration. Call 800.231.0909 to obtain a reference number for return merchandise authorization.

Guaranteed against manufacturing defect for a period of one year from date of purchase. Please read your manual(s) carefully for care and storage information. Warranty does not cover damage due to improper use or storage. Damage or discoloration caused by normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Dry Suits

Valves: Limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. See enclosed warranty registration for further details.
Material, Zipper, Seals, & Boots: Guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for a period of one year from date of purchase. Please note: Turning your dry suit inside out or attempting to zip / unzip without assistance can cause damage to the zipper. Please take care during use and cleaning.

U/W Vehicles / Regulators / Bio-filter / Bio-micro

Guaranteed against manufacturing defect for a period of one year from date of purchase. Please read your manual(s) carefully for use, care, and storage information. Warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, care, or storage. Damage or discoloration caused by normal wear is not considered a manufacturing defect. Warranty excludes o-rings, mouthpieces, and other parts that generally require annual replacement. Annual service parts and labor are not covered.

Vehicle Batteries are covered for 60 days from date of purchase. Improper use and storage can adversely effect a batteries life. Please make sure to read manual for information of proper use and storage.

HP seat and most metal parts for regulator: 3 year warranty against manufacturers defect on 110, 120, and 320. One year on all previous models which originally utilized an older standard type HP seat. Extended warranty excludes items that generally require annual replacement. Annual service parts and labor are not covered.

Any product purchased for commercial use including rental carry a maximum six month warranty. Apollo reserves the right to assess each item individually to determine eligibility for warranty service or replacement.
