WARRANTY

All correspondence regarding equipment covered by Apollo Sports USA Incorporated (Apollo USA) warranty agreement or in direct reference to warranty must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Please review requirements for warranty consideration.

Proof of Purchase When purchasing product through an authorized Apollo USA reseller; the dated receipt with authorized resellers name, physical location, product description, quantity and cost will serve as your proof of purchase. When purchasing product direct from Apollo USA, the invoice included with your shipment will serve as proof of purchase.

Authorized Reseller Only current product purchased new from an authorized Apollo USA reseller or direct from Apollo USA are eligible for warranty consideration. Possession of Apollo branded product does not indicate an individual, group or business is an authorized reseller. Apollo USA cannot be held responsible for any reseller falsely claiming warranty coverage. If you do not see your product source listed as an authorized dealer on our website; please contact us to verify status.

Minimum Care and Maintenance Apollo USA guarantees, to the original purchaser only, that the equipment purchased is free of defects in material and/or workmanship under normal recreational scuba use provided proper care and maintenance has been performed for the period outlined below.

Return Authorization Required (RA Number) provided by Apollo USA must be prominently displayed on the address label on or next to address label for any package containing products for warranty consideration. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping to Apollo USA for evaluation. For your own protection; we recommend shipping your package insured by UPS, FedEx or USPS with signature required.

Product Review Should your product prove to be defective, the item will be serviced or replaced at the sole discretion of Apollo USA at no charge (excluding shipping and handling). 

Warranty Period Except government, military and commercial including but not limited to rental, tours, training and dive professional program purchases. Scroll down to next section to review warranty period for these agencies and business types.

Parts, closeout, display and used product are not eligible for warranty consideration.

Regulators | HP Seat and HP Diaphragm - 3 Years | Hoses and other parts - 1 Year | Labor and parts required for annual maintenance are not covered under warranty 

Instruments and Buoyancy Compensator - 2 Years | Labor and parts required for annual maintenance are not covered under warranty 

Dry Suits | Valves - 3 Years | Material, zipper seals and boots - 1 Year | Labor and parts required for annual maintenance are not covered under warranty. 

U/W Vehicles - 1 Year (except batteries), Lack of proper care and handling can significantly shorten life of battery. Batteries are covered against manufacturers defects for maximum of 90 days. Labor and parts for annual maintenance are not covered under warranty 

Accessories, Fins, Masks, & Snorkels - 1 Year | Labor and parts for annual maintenance are not covered under warranty. Cosmetic damage and discoloration resulting from use are not considered a manufacturers defect. 

Warranty Period Government, military and commercial including but not limited to rental, tours, training and dive professional programs purchases.

All products, except batteries are covered against manufacturers defects for a maximum of 6 months. Batteries are covered for maximum 60 days against manufacturers defects.

Exclusions

All warranties are limited to a single original owner on the purchase of new and current product from an authorized reseller or directly from Apollo USA. Parts, closeouts, discontinued, display and secondary sales of any kind including "like new" or out of box are not eligible for warranty consideration.

Warranty shall automatically be void under the following conditions: If the equipment has been tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorized by Apollo USA to perform service. If damage is result of non-Apollo parts. If you do not see your service center listed on our site, please call us at 800-231-0909 to verify status. Warranty does not extend to theft, loss, or damage due to accident, abuse or tampering, lack of maintenance, improper storage, or exposure to excessive temperature, extended sunlight, material interactions, deteriorating chemicals or fumes. Service or modification by any person or persons other than an authorized Apollo service center voids the warranty. Apollo USA will not be held responsible for replacement or recovery of product in the event of loss or theft. Apollo USA and authorized resellers make no other warranties expressed or implied, orally or in writing, with respect to any other warranty coverage except those expressly included in this warranty statement. 

Apollo USA is not responsible for any warranty offers expressed or implied beyond those mentioned above. Sellers may offer extended periods or warranty coverage on ineligible products. In either case assistance should be obtained from the offering party.
